Samsung Announces Security Warning For Note 7 Users

Samsung announces today a new security warning for all end users with Samsung Galaxy Note7 devices (both initial and replacement) in Portugal, indicating that they should stop using these products, save their data (backing up) and Turn them off.

In this context, end customers who have Note7 equipment (initial or replacement) should, as soon as possible:

Turn off your Note7 (you must be careful to back up your data first) and deliver it to the store where you purchased it, and you can:
Acquire another Samsung product (namely the Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge), and receive a refund of the amount of the difference (following the resolution of the purchase agreement of Note7), under the terms applicable in the store in question; or
Receive the value of the purchase (following the resolution of the purchase agreement of Note7).
